Friday night classes are back! This time with something special – every 2nd week featuring Drum sound healing session to relax, revive & recharge mind body & spirit.
- 7pm-8:30pm every 2nd Friday Eve (check dates as they may vary)
- Relax and recharge the mind for a great weekend!
- Opening ceremony & Welcome
- Guided Yoga Nidra for relaxation and stress reductio
- Cosmic Sound Journey for 60 minutes with at least 45 minutes dedicated to Sacred Drum Journey & Individual Drum Healing
each person will receive an individual resonant shaman drum sound treatment over and around the body
as well as resonant deep healing tones from the shaman drum expertly played to induce and maintain trance states
so essential to journey to the deep theta states to encourage relaxation & self-healing on a cellular level. - Includes mystic hang drum to finish
- Optional – Oracle cards for those who wish to stay extra time
Where: Yoga of Sound Studio 7 South Mall (4th Floor) Cork City T12E72H – opposite The Imperial Hotel.
Bring: A sleeping bag if you have one for maximum comfort on the mat. Your water bottle and you are welcome to bring your own yoga mat if you prefer.
