Below is a small sample of inspiring events I’ve hosted at Yoga of Sound Studio.
If you’d like to see any of the following events re-scheduled, please get in touch, and I’ll schedule on a date to suit you!
What is the Yoga for Busy People series?
I wanted to create a simple but effective 30-minute practice which allowed me to fit Yoga anywhere into my busy days no matter what was on my schedule!
You will discover just how easy it is to build flexibility and improve your fitness with just 30 minutes of practice a day.
How Long is the Class?
My “Yoga for Busy People” classes start and finish on time. The total class time is 35 minutes, allowing you to get on with the rest of your day without further delay!
What Should I Bring?
Bring your water bottle and of course wear comfortable clothes which allow you freedom of movement.
Will the Class be Recorded?
No the class won’t be recorded. I will have separate online classes in the future, please don’t hesitate to ask and I’ll get them started sooner.
How Early Should I Arrive?
You should aim to arrive at least 10 minutes before class start time to allow yourself to be comfortable and relaxed.
Do I Need to Prepare for Class?
You should avoid food, tea or coffee for at least 1 hour before the class. This will ensure you remain comfortable for the duration of the class.
